MASS-VIEW Repair service: Calibration

A calibration of a MASS-VIEW® instrument, calibration certificate is included.
(this is a calibration including an functional check)

- An as found calibration will be performed. If the results are out of instrument accuracy an adjustment and calibration will be performed.

- As found calibration is only applicable if the instrument is free from any contamination and if it is in proper operating condition.

- The calibration will be performed on the original instrument accuracy and specifications.

Procedure:

• Order this item online for each instrument.
• Include the serial number of the instrument.
• The instrument should be clean otherwise we have to clean the instrument at additional costs (especially if used with propane or butane gases)

To return the instrument, a RMA number is needed.
