The MFO.BP.02 is designed to charge and discharge at the same time - this is called pass-through charging.

 This means you can charge the MFO.BP.02 Battery pack with the outlet adapter while another device (flow meter, cell phone, tablet, laptop, etc) is taking power from the battery pack.
